A former Division I football player, Jaykwon brings firsthand experience from the highest level of college athletics into every deal he negotiates. His time on the field fuels his commitment to protecting athletes both financially and personally — because he understands the grind, the pressure, and the politics from the inside. Jaykwon is NIL certified and holds his official NFLPA license, allowing him to represent athletes across both collegiate and professional landscapes with full credibility. More than just an agent, he’s a strategist, mentor, and advocate who refuses to let his clients settle for anything less than what they deserve.

PRESIDENT
A former Division I soccer player, Hannah combines high-performance discipline with a sharp eye for branding and digital strategy. Her athletic background allows her to understand how athletes think — and how the world perceives them. At Nfluence, she leads all visual identity, content direction, and marketing strategy, transforming raw talent into marketable brands. From social media presence to partnership positioning, she ensures every athlete is seen not just as a competitor, but as a business.
